Corona makes ingenious: SAG conquers new markets with disinfectant dispenser

As a leading supplier of aluminium tanks and lightweight construction components for the automotive and commercial vehicle industry, SAG is a constant on the international market. Now, new markets are being opened up with an invention that was developed in the course of the re-start after the corona-related pause and brought to series maturity in a flash:  A disinfectant dispenser made of aluminium with foot pump. Originally invented for the company’s own use in the factories, the new product has proven to be a market success in recent weeks. The stand dispenser, which is now sold throughout Europe under the name SAG CARE, combines all the advantages that aluminium offers (light, robust, weatherproof, rustproof, 100% recyclable) with simple operating convenience and practical design. For every company, hotel, restaurant, shop, for schools, communities, offices or at railway stations and airports – SAG CARE is universally applicable and 100% “made in Europe”.

In order to protect its own employees, a development team at the French branch of the Salzburger Aluminium Group (SAG) has come up with a stand dispenser for disinfectant gel that has what it takes to become a bestseller. In the meantime several hundred units have been sold and series production is running at full speed. Thanks to the simple operation using a foot pump, SAG CARE enables hand disinfection without touching. The device can be mounted on the floor or simply set up, can be refilled in a flash and fits standard containers of disinfection gel up to 3 litres. The main customer groups are companies, hotels, gastronomy and trading companies but also hospitals, schools or official buildings.
