Job description, responsibilities and duties
  • Design, plan and implement customer journeys in MS Dynamics 365 Marketing, aligned with the targets and customer segments of each entity.
  • Close collaboration with the marketing team in Vienna (initially, or as needed, one day per week in Vienna).
  • Collaborate with local teams to define communication flows, campaigns, and lead management processes.
  • Analyze CRM and campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Ensure the integration between marketing and sales processes within MS Dynamics to enable transparency and efficiency across the funnel.
  • Prepare reports, KPls, and actionable recommendations for top management.
  • Provide customer service to selected clients (approx. 20% of the workload), such as supporting client inquiries, monitoring satisfaction levels, and ensuring communication between customers, sales, and marketing teams.

Requirements for the employee
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, digital campaign or data-driven optimization, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Language skills: English - Upper intermediate (B2).
  • Driving licence B .
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing (or similar marketing automation platforms) as an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing and CRM data, generate insights, and prepare performance reports (KPls, dashboards, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects across different entities.
  • Analytical and results-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and measurable impact.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
